All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) upon receipt of payment and order confirmation
All orders are fully trackable
Custom duties are not included in the shipping fee and are payable by the buyer
We ship countrywide via Fargo Courier
We ship worldwide via DHL Express.
Delivery Period
– Kenya: 1-2 Days
– Africa: 2-5 Days
– Europe: 3-5 Days
– United States: 3-6 Days
– Other International Orders: 3-10 Days

NB: Please note that these times vary for custom/ made-to-measure items.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns not more than 7 days after you have received the package. To make a return, send an email to our customer care team at customercare@arimdesigns.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Exchanges:
Once the item is received and confirmed to be in good condition, we will process your exchange item. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds and only allow exchange for items of equal value or store credit.
Exceptions:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Custom-made items.
• Items that have been worn.
• Torn/ Defective items.
• Items on sale

Custom Fees

All international shipments are subject to the assessment of taxes and duties. These duties and taxes vary from country to country.
Custom duties are not included in the shipping fees and are payable by the buyer.
